At FooFooNoodz, our noodles are the heart of every bowl. Made fresh in-house, our egg noodles are crafted daily using a traditional recipe with premium ingredients. Delivers that perfect chew, golden color, and springy texture.

Our broth​

Prepared in-house, our broths are simmered to develop depth, consistency, and a clean, well-rounded flavour. Each batch is made from scratch and carefully monitored throughout the process to ensure balance and clarity. As the foundation of every bowl, our broth brings structure to the noodles, proteins, and toppings.

Our sauces

We prepare our sauces in-house to ensure quality and consistency in every bowl. Our lineup includes house soy sauce, hoisin, sambal terasi, and chili oil — all made in our kitchen. These homemade staples are part of what defines our flavour profile and bring everything together on the menu.
